In case of the failu=e of the party of the second
part to make any of the payraenta herein designated, or
any part thereof, or failure to perform any of the covenants -
on her part hereby made and entered into for a period
of ten days after maturity, this contract shall
be forfeited and tenainated, and the party of the second
part shall forfeit all payments tnade by her on this contract,
and such payments shall be retai.ned by the said parties
of the first part in full satisfaction and in liquidation _
of all damages by them sustai.ned.
It is agreed that the party of the.second part shall

under this contract, together with interest, taxes, and .
