the laws of the United Statea of America, ha,ving its principal
office at 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza, New York, New York, as Truste
under Indenture dated as of 10/2/50 as amended for the benefita
of American Motora Corporation Salaried ~nployees' Pension Plan,
hereinafter called the Mortgagee;
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations,
and also in consideration of the aggre~,te sum named in the
promisaory note dated March 29, 1967, hereina.fter described
the Mortga.gor hereby grants, barg,ains, sells, aliens, remisea,
conveys and confirms unto the Mortgagee all the certa.in land
of which the Mortgagor ia now aeized and in possession situate
in Saint Lucie County, Florida, more particulaxly deacribed in
Exhibit A annexed hereto and hereby ma,de a part hereof.
