January, April and J1xly in each ~ear thereafter until and
including the ~ day of April 1989, when the balance of the
principal swn then outstanding, togethe-r with all accrued and
unpaid interest ahall be due and payable. Each such quarter-
annual installmenic shall be applied first to the payment of
- interest accrued on the principal sum to the due date of such
quarter-annual installment and the balance on account of the
principal sum. -
In case suit shall be brought for the collection hereof,
or the sar~e has to be collected on the demand of an attorney, the
maker agrees to pay reasonable attorneys' fees for making such
collection.

The maker or any subsequent owner of the property
_ hereinafter identified shall ha,ve the right on any installment
date on or after April 19?7,,to prepay in whole the principal
swn outstanding together with all accrued and unpaid interest•to
the date of prepayment upon giving to the holder hereoP not less
than sixty (60} days prior written notice of-election to make
such prepayment, specifying the date for prepayment provided,
however, that in addition thereto there is paid to the holder oP
this Note upon such prepayment a sum equa,l to the following ~
percentages oP the amount so prepaid if prepayment be made during
the perioda of time hereinafter specified: Three per centum
( 39d ) if prepayment be made on or after April 1977, ~and prior
to April 19?8; two and one-half per centum (2 1/29d) iP pre-
payment be made on or after April 1978, and prior to April ~j~,
1979; two per centum (296) if prepayment be made on or after
April 1979, and prior to April 1980; one and one-ha.lf per
centum (1 1/2~) if prepayment be made on or after April 1980,
and prior to April y, 1981; one per centum (l;~) if prepayment be
~nade on or after April 1981, and prior to April 1982; one
half per centum (1/2~) if prepayment be made on or after April y,
