division of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the "County",

W~R$AS, the County is undertaking an erosion control project on
tLe South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of eaid project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and established line be in public
awnership.
NOW~ TE~R$FORE, for a~iin consideration af the benefits accruing
to_the Owners, said Owners do h~ereby remise, release and quitclaim.unto.
the County, ita succeasors and assigns, all the right, title, intereat,
claim and demand, includinq riparian and littoral rights, which the
Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County, -
