Deceased, Party of the f irst Part, and Otto F. Kramer and ~
Vera B. Kramer, his wife, party of the second part, whose
address is: 6U1 South 24th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
WITNESSETH: , ~
Said party of the f irst part, by petition on the 20th
F~? day of March, 1967 , applied to the County Judge in and for
? St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to se11 certain real
estate in said county hereinafter described, averring it is F

- necessary and~expedient to sell the same and also alleging each

and every ~urisdictional fact; and the said County Judge havi.ng ~

found that the allegations of said petition were true and that ~
~
the sale w~ould be to the best interest of the said estate ~

entered and rendered his order dated the 20thday of March, 1967 ;

directing the said party of the first part to sell the said ~

real estate at private sale; and ~

Thereupon the said party of the first part contracted ~
~~~r to se11 the said real estate to the said party of the second :
part for the sum of $6,600.00 Dollars;- and the said party of `
the first part reported the said contract to the said court, ;

and said court after being fuLly advised in the premises found

that the price offered for said reaZ estate was fair -and ~

reasonable and by order ~entered and rendered on the Gt~ '
day of A~il 1y67 ratif ied and conf irmed sai.l
contract o£ sale and ordered the said party of the first part ;

to execute a deed to the party of the second part of the real
