sum of $6,600.00 in hand paid, said party of the first part
hereby grants, bargains, se1Zs, aliens, remises, releases,
~ conveys and confirms unto the said party of the second part,
and to their heirs and assigns forever, that certain land
in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
AZ1 of Lot 10 and the South 17 feet of
Lot y of Block 2 in FRANKLIN PARK AD~ITION, ~
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
6, Page 56, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all. and singular the tenements, hereditaments, 4
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have aria ~v tiold the~ same unto the said party of the
second part, and to their heirs and assigns,in fee simple ~
forever. ~
And the said party of the f irst part doth hereby covenant
to and with the said party of the second part, their heirs and
assigns, that ~.n all things,preliminary to and in and about
said BaZe and this conveyance the orders of said court and the
~ laws of Florida have been followed and canplied with in all
respects.
