surviving Directors and as 8uch, surviving Truatees of Fort Pierce
Properties, Inc., a dissolved Florida Corporation, the name of which
was formerly Fort Pierce Financinq and Construction Co~apany,
first party, to RAYMOND B. TAYLORSON and GERTRUDE C. TAYIARSON,
his wife
whose postoffice address is c/o P. O. Box 309, Fort Pierce, Florida
second party: .
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and "secoAd
party" shall include singular and plural, heirs, leqal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations, wherever the context so adnaits
or requires).
NESSETH: That the said first party, for and in consideration
o~'the um of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the re-
~eipt whe eof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
~ and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in
and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block 16, FORT PI$RCE BEACH SUBDIVISION, Revised Map, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, at Page 29, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
- This Quit-Claim Deed is given for the purpose of releasing the
reverter provision contained in Warranty Deed from Fort Pierce
Financing and Construction Company to R. N. Koblegard dated August
18, 1930 and recorded in Deed Book 83, at Page 136 of the pubiic
: records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO BAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
; appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anyv~ise appsrta}ning, and
~ all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and clafm what
soever of tY:e said first party, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behomf of the said second party forever.
