Before me, an officer duly authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
DEWLY CRAWF012D, who after being by me first duly sworn, ~
upon oath says: -
1. That he is well acquainted with MILDRED A. KICLITER,
the grantee of two certain deeds relating to the above-
described property, recorded in Deed Book 99, at Page 140
and Deed Book 154, at Page 208.
2. That the MILDRED M. DAVIS who, joined by her hus-
band, J. B. DAVIS, the grantors in that certain deed to
CURTISS C. KICLITER, JR., and WILMA M. KICLITER, his wife, ~
; recorded in Official Record Book 156, at Page 48, of the

~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, was one and

~ the same person as MILDRED A. RICLITER and that prior to '
~
her marriage to J. B. DAVIS, she was known as MILDRED DT. ~

MOYE, until the death of then husband, GEORGR D. MOYE, and ~
until her marriage to J. B. DAVIS. Affiant says nothing
further. ~ ,
