KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS thai for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations to C~ W. ~
CROOKS, as EXECUTOR of the Will of W. N. Crooks, deceased, in hand i
paid as party of the first part, by GERTRUDE THOMAS and SARAH
JOHNSON as parties of the second part, the party of the first part does
hereby assign, set over and transfer unto the parties of the second part
the rents received and to be received under the lease to Ingram's Home
Appliances , Inc. , dated November 14, 1966, subject only to the reten~~ion
by the party of the first part of a sum equivalent to the annual taxes, in-
surance premiums and maintenance required of the landlord under such
lease.
