with Mead's Inc. , lienor furnished lumber, millwork, doors, nails, paint
and other building materials on the following described real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida: -

~ 590. 68 ft. , for point of begi~ining, thence con-
tinue Southerly 95 ft. , thence Easterly 251. 06

Northwesterly on right of way to point 95 ft. ,
North and perpendicular to South line of tract
herein described, thence Westerly to point of
begi~uiing. Known as the "Halfway Inn".

unpaid $1, 636. 27, and furnished the first of the same on December 27; 1966
and the last .of the same on March 28, 1967.
