of recorded in Plat Book 12~ Page 50~ St. Lucie County~
Florida, public records,
TOGETHER WITH easements in common with others in~ on~

Alan Wilson Grove Plat for dike~ ditch and road pur-
poses and in, on, over and under any and all other
roads and d~.tches heretofore or hereafter so designa-
