That certain business known as JERE'S CARD AND GIFT-SHOP,
located_at 133 North 2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, including
the good will, name, fixtures, furniture, and inventory as listed
in the inventory attached hereto and made a part hereof, to-
gether with assignment of all leasehold interest held by the
part ie s of the f irst part .
The parties of the first part agree not to engage
or beccme interested in a directly competitive busi- ~
ness with the one herein transferred in the County
of St . I,ucie for a period of at least ten years from
the date of this sale.
First parties, sellers herein, warrant that all fur-
~ niture, fixtures, appliances, and_present inventory
have been paid in full and are not su~ject to lien
of vendors or otherwise .
