Aqy determination as to classi~ication. or quantity oi fruit received, or as to gallonage and/or pounds ot solids shall be
as reported by daily tests made by Florida State Inspectors stationed at the premises oi the BWrer. -
The Buyer will submit to the Grower a figure deterinined by Buyer to be the per pound o! solids price for the season
and the number oi Pounds of solide receive~l irom the Grower ' a~ reported by U.3.D.A dai~y re~ort. The tigur~ submitted
bq Buyer will be certified to by a C.P.A. firm. In the event that the Grower wiahea to qu~on such he must do
so within a period of thirty (30) days oi such notice; otherwise such' fipures shall be final and binding. the event that
the Grower wishes to question Bqyrer's figures, he may do so by appointing a firm o! certified publlc accountants who shall
have access to such of the records oi Buyer as ahall be necessary for such a determinatioq provided such iirm of certified
public acoountants shall have submitted to the Buqet within the thirty (30) da,p period a written statement to ffie effect.

The within Agreement is to continue until one o! the parties g~ves b the other notice by registered or certi~ed
mail of its intention not to continue for the next season startuig Oct~ber 1. For such notice to be efiective, it must be
sent not later ffian June 30. Grower may not validly send aqy such notice while Grower is indebted to BWres:
Ii after the final determination oi amounts due between the parties it ahall develop that one of the parties hereto
is indebted to the other, the foregoing notice of termination, if sent by the debtor. shall not be eifective until said debta~
shall make full payment to the creditor. `T6e growing season shall be the period from October 1 through Ju1Y 1S each oi
