TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.

seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-

This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit: - -

2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 248
at Fage 149 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
