hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor", and BYRON W. SPI$SS and

chasers".
WITN&SSBTB: The Mortgagees, the holdera of a certain
note for the payment of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollara, made
by l~brtgagor, datecl February 18, 1964, which note is secured by
a mortqage recordecl in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Ccurt of St. Lucie County, Florida in O.R. Book 81, at page 343,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage
is naw a second lien on the premises therein described, situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, on which there is now o~wing the sum ~
of One Thousand Five Hunclred Sighty ~$1,580.92) and 92j100 Dollars,
including interest, costs and attorney's fees; that the Mortgagees
are also the holdera of tw~ ~2) certain promi.ssory notes executed
by the Mortgagor dated April 22, 1964 in the principal amount of
Four H~ndred ($400.00~ Dollars, together with i.ntereat at four (4q6j .
per cent seau.-annually, and a nate dated November 20, 1963 in the
principal a~anount of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, together with
interest at four and one-half (4-1/29~6j per cent annually, both of ~
which are naw paet due and payable in both principal and interest, _
