through the Mortgagor or directly, aqree to pay and t.he r+brtgageea
do hereby extend the ti~ne of payment of the indebtednees secured
by aaid note and mortgage and tw~o (2) secured notea as follaws:
Fifty ($50.00) Dollara at the time o~ the execution of thi8 Agree-
ment, and the aum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollara on the 5th day of each
and every succeeding month thereafter until the entire principal

_ anwunt of TWO' THOUSAND SIX HUNDitED SIX ($2, 606 . 92 ~ and 92/100
DOLLARS, together with interest as hereinafter set fo=th, shall
be paid; interest on the unpaid balance ahall be at the rate of
seven (79b) per cent per annum from date, payable in monthly install-
ments, aaid monthly installments being first applied to interest,
remainder to principal. _ ~
PROVIDSD the Mortgagor and Purchasers, meanwhile, comply
with all of the terms and conditione of said-notes and mortgage.
And the Mortgagor and the Purchasers, in consideration
of the above extension and other good and valuable considerations,
do hereby agree to pay the principal aum and intereat as set forth
' above and to comply with all other terms and conditions of said
