his life and is pers9nally acquainted with her.

4. Z'hat he knows that the E. J. Scott who
obtained title to the above-described groperty from
the St. Lucie County Drainage District is the same
Mrs. E. J. Scott who, joined by her husband, C. 8.
Scott, conveyed the above-described property to H.
A. Sloan and Frances LaRoy Sloan, his wife, by warranty
deed dated June 7, 1944, and filed in Deed Book 111,
at page 381.
