the laws of the State of Florida, with ite permanent poetoffice
address at 11.87 8lghway AlA, Hills2~oro Beach, Florida, hereinafter
called the grantee:

WITNSSSSTSs That the grantors, for and in consideration of the
aum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, recaipt whereof
is heraby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, aell, aliens,
remiaea, releases, conveys and confirms unto-the grantee, all that
certain land situate~in St. Lucie Qounty, Fiorida, viz:
The WeBt half of Sectior~ 4, Zbwnship 35 South, Ranqe 39 $ast,
anc~ that part of Section 5, Zbwnship 35 South, Range 39 East,
lying South of the South right oF way line of Angle Road arid
East of the following described line:

Frnm a point where the East•-line of aforesaid Section 5 inters~ets
the South right of way line of said Angle Road rigbt of way, run
North 89 deg. -45 min. -15 sec. West along said right of way line a
distance of 420.17 feet; thence North a distance of 50 feet; thence
North 89 deg. -45 min. -15 sec. West a distance of 305.92 feet to a
~ point where said SoutY~ right of way of Angle Road intersects the
$ast line o~ a 110 foot wide power line easane~ herinafter
referred to; said point being the point of beginning of the West
boundary to this ~3arcel.
From the point of beginning run South 0 deg. -37 min. -40 sec. Weat
a diatance of 5,294.1~ feet to a point on the 3outh line and 724.85
feet West of the Southeast corner of Section 5.
And a strip of land 110 feet in width, the centerline of which 3s
more particularly deacribed as follows:
Begin at ~ paint on the South line of Section 5, Zbwnship
35 South, Ra~ge 39 $ast, which is 730 feet West of the South-
east corner of said Section 5, thence ruri to a point on the
' North line of said section which point is 810 feet West of
the NS corner of said Section 5, Zbwnship 35 South, Range

Also, a strip of land 60 feet in width, being parallel with, - ~
adjacent to and on the West side of the first above described strip

Excepting all rights of way for public roads and drainage canals, and,
Subject to those certain power line easements to Florida Power &
Light O~mpany dated October 17, 1957, and recorded in Deed Hook 234,
page 31 and dated December 12, 1963, recorded in Official Record
Book 76, page 615, St. Lucie Oounty, Florida, arid further subject
to the covenant prohibiting the establishment or maintenance of
bil2boards and other forms of advertising and display on any
portion of the land which is the subject of this deed which is
visible from the travelway of S~inshine State Parkway as is contained
_ in deed from C. van der LUGT and JULIA R. van der LUGT, his wife,
to Florida State Turnpike Autliority dated May 31, 1962, recorded
in Official Records Book 41, page 650, Public Recorda of St.
