verbatim herein, and rec:orded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
3tatutes, in Official Record Book 136, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this inatrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shell include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall eatend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, administratora,
successors and assigns of tha Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
