SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT (DDCRSE)
Comes now. E. MILTON SACHS, Plaintiff in the above-
entitled cause and hereby acknowledges full payment of
all monies due under the Final Decree entered in this
cause from the Defendants, CI,ARENCE W. DBWITr and CBRiSTIN$
E. DEWITT, his wife and hereby executes this Satisfaction
of Final Judgment (Decree) and acknowledges receipt of all
funds due the Plaintiff, E. MILTON SACHS, in the above-
- entitled cause arising out of the foreclosure of that -
certaim mortgage dated March 12, 1965 and recorded in
~ Official Record Book 113, at Pages 58 through 60, of the

public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering
the property described therein. ~
S. MILTON SACHS hereby further acknowledges the ~
satisfaction of said mortgage which was the subject matter
of the Final Judgment (Decree) which this satisfaction is
intended to extinguish. _
