THIS WARRANTY DEED. Made and axecuted the 14th day of April
19 67- , by Df~TALD L. SI~PHARD, AS TRUSTES, artd JSROMS A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTET,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to James H~trold Lawrence, Jr. and Inez
P. Lawrence, his wife

hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNSSSETH: That the Grantora for and in consideration of the sum of
$ 10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents doea grant, bargain, sell, alien, remiae, re-
lease, convey and confina.unto the qrantee, all that ~prtain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Floxida, viz:

L~ICEWOOD PARK, aecording to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11
page 29 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
TOGETHSR with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claines of all persons
whumsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This cor~veyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existinq easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub--
division plat. - _
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 244
at Page 349 , publie Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the,year 19 66 and subsequent years.
