ROBBINS, Deceased, hereinafter called the Grantora, to HAROLD S. ROBBINS durinq his lifetime and at the tinhe of his death was the owner of record, as Trustee, of the real property hereinafter described, but died testate on July 18, 1966, leavinq his Last Will and Testament in which the .Grantors herein were named as_the Co-Executors thereof, and said Last Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate and record in the Gounty Judqe's Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, File No. 24,240, anid Letters Testamentary thereon were duly issued in and by said Cownty Judqe's Court to said Grantors as such Co-Executors on July 27, 1966, and whereas in and by said County Judqe's Court, an Order, entitled, 'Order to Turn Over Trust Property", was entered on May 3, 1967, authorizinq the execution of this deed, and Whereas, the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial C'ircuit s of Florida, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in a certain cause therein pendinq, Case No. 65 C 807-F, dic~ assume jurisdiction over 4 , the certain trust arising from the dissolution of said The ROBBINS & GRAHAM COMPANY, a dissolved Florida corporation formerly existi~ng under the laws of the State of Florida, of which trust the said RICHARD P. ROBBINS was Trustee duri.ng his lifetime and at the tim~e of his death, and said Circuit Court in said Case No. 65 C 807-F did on February 9, 1967, enter a certain Order, entitled, "Order Appointing Successor Trustee", appoint said HAROI~ S.
