the station to be constructed upon the premises for the sale--and ~
distribution of gasoiine, petroleuu~ producta and autanotive actes-
sories as hereinabove described in a good and businesslike maaner,
on an operating sChedule of not less than_~daqs each week,
and hours on each such day during the term hereof.

Leasee shali at ita expense, instali upon the premises, a~1 _
gasoline pumps, storage tanks and connecting pipes and lines, and
- such other accessorits thereto, as may be necessary for the
~ operAtion of the premises as a g~soline service station as herein-
before deacribed, and said pumps, taaks, lines and accessories shaii
be kept and ~aintained in good operatiag condition during the fuli
ters hereof .
