to be used as at present for the benefit of the adjoininq premises.
And party of ths first part ehall have-the right of inqress and eqress
for the purpose of maiataini~nq.and repairinq aaid e~wer pipe or 3rain
and any substitution thereof ae hereinafter provided. Zt is distinctly
understood and aqreed that the party of the aecond part shall have
the riqht at any time, wholly at his own expense, to relocate, replace,
or reconstruct for the purposea aforesaid a new sanitary sewer pipe
or drain along the Weat 10 feet and the South 10 feet of the premiaes
hereby conveyed, in place of the aforesaid existing sewer pipe ar drain
and of at least equal capacity therewith, provided that~there ahali
be no~~nterruption in such sewaqe disposal. Z'he aforesaid usea and
rights shall be deemed covenants runninq with the land and title thereto,
and extend to the respective ~eira, e~recutors,-administrators, and
assigns, of the parties hereto.
The premises hereby conveyed are also subject to all taxes to _
