say that he, together with his wif~ as mortgagors, egecuted the above
ment~~d mortgage to First Federal S~vings and Loan Asaociation of Fort
Pierce in which the recording reference for ~he Plat of Killer's Addition to "
Lincoln Park was erroneously recited as being Plat Boo$ 7, page~23; -~rhen,
in truth and in fact, the only Plat of Killer's Addition to Lincoln Park of reco~}d
in St. Lucie County is on file, in Plat Book 7 at page 32 and this affidavit is
made for the purpose o~ resolving any queation arising in connection with
said mortgage as a result of the erroneous page reference and is further

~ made for the purpose of inducing the mortgagee to disburse the mortgage
