THIS WARRANTY DBSD, made the ~ day of
1967, by WALTSR~A: DUN, joined by his wife, RUTH 8. DUN,.
and WALTSR A. DUN, JR., only child of Walter A. Dun,
, joined by his wife, BARBAR.A DUN, hereinafter called the

an estate by the entireties, whose post office address is
P. O. Box 341, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called
the Grantees:
