S. The obligations of the Yortgagor hereunder are sub3ect
to the agreement of Yortgagee to cause the outstaading mortgage held
by Center Lake Corporatton to be satisfied or released from the total
of the sub~ect property, upon the payment by l[ortgagor of a total of
Fortq-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) on account of principal of
the aforesaid note, as is provided therein.
