. This indenture, made this 16th day of May ,

1967, between Jacob Gordon of the county of Sumanit in the stete ~
of Ohio end Paul A. Flynn of the co~tnty of Senece in the state of
Ohio, parties of the first part, and Gustav G. Goldberger of'the
' county of Swamit in the $Late of Ohio, perty of the second part,
whose post office eddress is 364 Noeh Avenue, Akron, Ohio (z.ip
44320), witnesseth: thet the seid perties of the first part, for
~ and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.U0) and other
good and valueble consideretion, to them paid in hand by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof_is hereby acknow-
ledged, has remised, released end quitclaimed to the said perty
of the second pert, hia heirs and assigns forever, the following
described lands_to-wit: -
Lots 11, 12, 13, Block 8 of INDIAN RIVER ESTATES Subdiv-
ision Unit 1, a subdivision eccording to the Flat thereof
recorded ~n Plat Book 10, at Page 43 of the Public
