manded by either party, on the evidence submitted it is the judgment of the Court that a total divorce
be granted betveeen the parties: that ia to say, a divorce a vinculo matrimonii, upon legal principsls.
IT IS THEItEFOIiE OBDEItED AND DECREED by the Court that the marriage contract hereto-
fore entered into between the parties to said caee is hereby set aside and dissolved as fully and effect-
~ ually as if no such contract had ever been made and entered into. .
ORDERED FURTHEB, that the Plaintiff and the Defendant, formerly huaband and wife, in the
future be held and considered as a separate and distinct persons altogether unconnected by any nnptial
union or civil contrsct whateoever. -
The rights and disab~ities of the parties are fixed as follows : The Plaintiff shall lbe at liberty to
