THIS WARRANTY DEED, ~ia3e and executed the lStb day of May
19 67 , by DONATD L. SI~PHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to" Walter A. Bonardi
whose postoffice address is 5915 Rennecly Boulevard
North Berqen, New Jersey
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
$ 10.00 , and other valuabl~ considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does qrant, bargain, aell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the qrantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz; .

LAI~WOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11~
page 13, public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~

TOGETHER with all the teneraents, hereditaments and appurtenances-thereto
belonginq or in anywise appertaining. .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. -
AND thej Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of §aid land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claiuns of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This~conveyance is made_subject to the followinq conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real runninq with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 257
at Page 472 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
