HLUE GOOSE GROWERS, INC., a Corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of California, the
Grantor, in consideration of the sum of 510.00 (Ten Dollars)
_ and other good and valuable considerations received from
EDWARD A. DOOLAN the Grantee, whose post office address is
P. 0. Box 1861, Balboa, Canal Zone, conveys to the Grantee
the real property in St. Lucie Eounty, Florida, described as:

of the ALAN WILSON GROVE PLAT, according to plat there-
of recorded in Plat Book 12, page 50, St. Lucie County,

- TOGETIiSR WITH easements in common with others in, on,

' ALAN WILSON GROVE PLAT for dike, ditch and road pur-

and reserved by the Grantor for such purposes,

SUBJECT TO an easement for dike, ditch and road purposes
over the West 85 feet of the property described above,
