W~RSAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,

after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of safd hearing has .
recom~nended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County that the_hereinafter described request for a change in
zoning classification be GRANTSD; and
+ WHERSAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on said recom~aendation on May 23, 1967,• after first nub-
lishing notice of said hearing in The News Tribune on the 8th day
of May, 1967, said date being at least fifteen (15') days prior
to the date of said hearing; .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES~VSD by the Hoard of County Com-
missioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 23rd
day of May, 1967, as follows:
~ That the zoning of the following described groperty, to-wit:

The East 200 feet of Tract 16, less the South
25 feet for road right of way and less the East
50 feet for right of way of 25th Street, GARDffid
CITY FARMS SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book
2, page 5-a, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
owned by B. H. J. DAVIS, be and the same is hereby changed from
R-1C (one-family residential) to B-2 (limited business).
BE IT FURT~R RSSOLVED that the Zoning Director of St. Lucie
County is hereby authorized and directed to cause the changes to

be made on the official zoning map of St. Lucie Cou~nty as set out i
