the Second Part, WITi~ESS$TS; that said Party of the Firat Part for
~nd in consideration of the sum of ~en Dollars ($10) and other
valuable consideration to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and transferred
and by these presents'does gr~ant, bargain, sell and transfer unto

in Plat Book 2, at Page 6, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, with Littoral rights.

Florida, containing 19 acres, more or less, with riparian
rights.
