INC., A Florida Corporation, the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage given by S. L. MOIR AND CO., a Florida Corporation, to .
EDGEYATER RANCHES INC., bearing da~te the 12th day of October,
A.D. ~965, recorded in Official Records Book 128 pages ~+q2 and
473 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, State of Florida; given ~to aecure the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars (#500) evidenced by one certain-note, upon the following
described property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,

to the West property line of the Florida East Coast
Railroad Company; thence run Northexly along the

said Idest line intersects an Easterly extension of
