THIS INDENTURE Made this 29th day of May, A.D. 1967
Between S. L. MOIR AND CO., a Florida corporation, hereinafter
called the Mortgagor, and EDidARD OLNEY AND MARJORIE OLNEY, a
Partnership, hereinafter called the Mor~gagees,
Witnesseth, That the said Mortgagor, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar to it in hand paid by
the said Mortgagees, 'the receipt whereof is hereby ackno~rledged,
and the cancellation of all debts owed the Mortgagees by the
Mortgagor, have granted, bargained and sold to the said
Mortgagees, their heirs and assigns, forever, the following
described land, situate, lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
Land described in Official Record Book 128 pages 472
and 473, St. Lucie County Public Records, more
patricularly described as follows: From the Southeast
corner of the land described in Official Record Book

of all persons whomsoever.
PROVIDED AL~TAYS, That if said Mortgagor, its legal .
representatives or assigns, shall pay unto the said Mortgagees,
their legal representatives or assigns, a certain promissory note

signed by S. L. MOIR AND COMPANY and shall pay all sums payable
