MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREBMENT, Made this 17th day of May, 1967, between
FIR3'T FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCLATION OF DVDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, a corporation under the laws of the United States, party of the
first part, and ALFRED C. JENKINS and ANNE JENKIItIS, his wife, party
of the second part, WITNESSETH: ~ '

WHEREAS, parties of the second part executed a mortgage to

_ party of the first part on property described in said mortgage, which mort-
. gage was dated November 6, 1963, recorded in Official Record Book 75,
page 6, St. ~acie County records, and which said mortgage secures pay-
ment of the sum of ~13, 550. 00; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of said note and mortgage, said
$13, 550. 00 was payable in equal monthly payments of ~109.00, ~and the
interest on said amount was at the rate of 6. 3 per cent per annum, and,
WHEREAS, there now remains unpaid on said note and mort-
gage the balance of $12.129.53 ~ a~~
WHEREAS, the parties of the aecond part have requeated t~e
party of the first part w grant an extension of the time for payment of the

4 said balance of $12.129.53 ~ and to reduce said monthly payments, for a

~period of one year, to $90.00 per month, and the party of the first part has
agreed to grant such extension and to reduce "the payments, for a period of
one year, on terms and conditions hereinafter set forth;
NOW 'IHEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the
mutual covenants hereinafter set forth the party_ of the first part has and
hereby dves give and grant unto the parties of the second part an extension
of time for payment of said balance and the party of the first part dces
~ hereby further agree that the parties of the second part shall have the
~ privilege of paying said balance in monthly paymenta of ~90. 00 per month,
beginnin~g with the first payment of $90. 00 on May 1, 1967, and ti~ereafter
to pay the sum of ~90.00 on the first day of each and every month ,:for a
period of one year, and after the one year period, to make monthly pay-
ments of ~109. 00 per month until the entire balance due under said note
