shall be paid.
In consideration of the prernises and of the party of the first
part extending the tiine for payment of said balance and reducing the pay-
ments to ~9.0. 00 per month, for a period of one year, parties of the second
part covenant and agree to accept such extension of time and to make said
monthly payinents as hereinabove provided and to pay interest on said
balance at the rate of 6. 6 per cent per annum, commencing on May 1,
1967 for a period of one year and after said one year period, to pay inter-
est on the balance of said mortgage and note at the rate of 6. 3 per cent
per annum.
The parties hereto further covenant and agree that all terms
and conditions of said mortgage. and note, dated November 6, 1963, shall
remain in full force and effect and that nothing herein contained shall in
anywise impair, alter or diminish ~e terms or conditions, l,ien or en-
cumbrances of the said mortgage and note other than as expressly stated
in this Agreement.
