WITNESaETH:
1. The •~ssigaor in consideratioa of the proceeds of the promissory

Florida; together ~~ith the note or obligation therein deacribed,
and the money due und to grow due tl,ereon with intere st , and all ~
ri~ht, title and interest of the :~asi~or in and to the premisee
in the aaid mortga~e described, with the tlill.benefit of all
powers, ri3hts aad remedies expressly or impliedly contaiaed
therein ~znd conferred thereby upon the t.sei aor. To have and to
hold the same unto the tissignee forever.
2. The Assigaor does hereby covenant and represent unto ths
kssignee as follows: (a) ~hat there is now due and owing on said
mortgage, the nrincipal sum of $ 2542.82 with intereet thereon

title, claim or interest in and to said note and mortgage; and, ~
(f) That the Kssignor has good right to sell and assign the same. ~
3. Provided, nevertheless, that if the tissignor shall pay to the
Assignee th~ indebtedness due from the bssigaor to the-yssignee
according to the terma ot a certain promieeory aote oi wh~ch the
iolloxing-is a true copy, to-rit:
