In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the masculine sh~ll include the feminine end neuter. All
righta and obligat iona under this mortgage ahall extend to and
be binding upon ~he respective heirs, executors, adrainistrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
