THIS INDENTURE, msde and eatered into this J~ ~day of
April. A. D. 1967, between LOWELL L. KIRKPATRICK, sa Execu:or, of
the Estate of MAR.Y S. NORMAN, deceased, hereinafter called the party of ~
the firet part, snd RICHARD E. NORMAN sad KATHERINE j,.EE NORMAN,

parties of the second part. .
WITNESSETH; That the said party of the firet part, for and in

ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, at~d pursuant to order of Hon. Geurge
T. Clark, County Sudge, in and for Dade County, Florida, dated April a l, 1.96T,
suthorisi~ transfer of the .property described herein and made a p~rt of the
praceediags under File No. 5??82-C in said County Judges' Court, has granted,
bargaine~d. sold and conveyed to the said parties of the second part, their heirs,
successors and aesigns, forever, the following described property situate, lying
and being in the County of Dade and State of Florida, to wit:
Lot l4, Block 60, INDIAN RNER ESTATES, UrTIT 8,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
10, at Page 93 of the Public Records of St, Lucie
County, Florida.
Subject to taxes for the current yesr and soning ordinancee,
restrictiona, limitations and easemen#s, if any, of record.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the
second part, their heire, succesaors and assigns forever, And the said party
of the first psrt does hereby cavenant to snd with the parties of the second
part, their heire, succeseora aad assigns forever, that in all tbinge pre3imi-
nary to and in and about said sale and this conveyance the order of the County
