THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 8th day

hereinafter called the Grantors, to JOH1~1 W. WALIS and JOANN
WALLS, hi~s wife, whose postoffice address is 1352 Valentine Circle,
Nitro, West Virginia, hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the ~Grarrtors for and in consideration

AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grarrtee that they
are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right
and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully -
warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of ali

Thia corYVeyance is made aubject to the following conditions and
restrictions which shall be construed as cavenants real running with the
