Before me personally appeared WILLIAM G. TYS, who, under `
oath doea state: That he is a practicing attorney in Saint Lucie
County, Florida and that he drew a certain Second Mortgaqe, dated~.
the 30th day of July, A. D., 1964 and recordecl in O. R Book 96 _
at page 91 of the Public Records of Saint-Lucie County, Florida; ~
that through inadvertence the names ~of the M~ortgagor and lrbrtqagee
on this instrument were revereed; that this inadvertence was clear-
ly a typographical error; .that there exists a promisaory note bear=
ing the same date from Charlea ~ilson and Mary Ann S. Wilson,
his wife, in the same principal sum of $3,835.00, clearly showing
that the reversal of the names of the mortgagor and mortgagee was
a typographical error and further deponen saith not.
