THIS INDBNTURB made this iOth day of March, 1967,
between SINCI.AIR ~RBFINING GOI~ANY, a Maine corporation,
having its principal business office at 600 Fifth Avenue,
New York, New York, duly authorized to transact business
in the State of Florida, Party of ~he First Part, and
- MINTON BQUIPI~NT CON+~ANY, a Flflrida corporation, whose

That the said Party of the First Part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of $1U.00 and other good and valuable
, considerations to it in hand paid by Party of the Second Part,

; Second Part, its successors and assigns forever, all that

; subject to all rights, easements, restrictions, reservations,
; and encumbrances, existin~ or of record, includin9 that certain
: station lease (First Party's Form 1601-B), dated April 20, 1966, ~
~ to Raymond Padgett - Hertz Rent-A-Caz, and all applicable zoning
laws and regulations, building laws and oYdinances, encroachments,
and special taxes and special assessments, and general taxes for
all years subseqtiu~nt to the tax year 1967.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid land with all and

~ same belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said Party
of the Second Part, its successors and assigns forever.
And the said Party of the First Part for itself, its
successors and assigns, dces hereby specially warrant and will ~
forever defend all and singular the land herein conveyed unto ~
Party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, against 4
the lawful claims of any person or persons cla?iming under, by
or through Party of the First Part, except with respect to the
aforesaid rights, easements, restrictions, reservations, encum-
