limiting the amounts that shall be seaured hereby when ad-
vanced to protect the security or in accordance with covea-
ants contained in the Mortgege.
- (3) all oP the covenants and obligations of the Mort-
gagor to the Mortgagee, as contained in a supplemental Qgree-
ment dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and
reference is hereby made to said note and supplemental agree-
ment fbr the full terms and conditiona thereof, and the same _
are hereby incorporeted herein as fully as iP written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the "
gublic records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~rular $hall include the plural,
end the masculine shell include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ione under~this mortgage shall extend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigua of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
