Comes now CARI~N M. GOODSON, who being by me firat duly sworn,
says that she is the CARI~N M. GOODSON that witnessed and notarized
a deed from $dward Hendrix and Marqaret R. Hendrix, 8is Wife, to
Agnea Ann Hendrix Davis; C. Hendrix, Jr. and Margaret R. Hendrix
conveying the property hereinafter described and recorded in O.R.
book 165 at Page 1247. ~
West 10 feet of Lot 3 and all of Lots 4 and 5, of the Resubdivision
of Block "H" of Aaron Lee's Map of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Deed Book "Z" paqe 701,
public reco=ds of Brevard County, Florida; (Plat Book l, page 188,
St. Lucie County).
~ogether with all improvements, furniture, furnishings and fix-
tures situated and located on the above described property and
owned by grantora herein.
T'he West nineteer~ (19) feet of the East forty (40) feet, of City
lot three (3) of the re-subdivision of Block "H", in the City
of Fort Pierce, according to the plat of said re-subdivision of
record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said
county, in Plat Book l, page 188. Said property being on the
South side of Avenue "A" between North Second Street and Depot
Drive.

thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TBAT the notarization on said warranty. deed was in error in that
the person signing the deed who before me personally appeared and ex-
; ecuted it with Edward Hendrix was MARGARLT R. ~NDRIX: Said deed was

~ signed and executed on the tenth day of March A.D., 1967, and the
~
reference to Martha R. Hendrix is a typographical error and should
have read MARGARET R. ~NDRIX.
