hereinafter called the Grantors, to Wallace W. Reid and Betty L. Reid,

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in conaideration of the sum of
$ 10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof ia hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does qrant, bargain, sell, alien. remfse, re-
lease. convey and confina unto the qrantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonginq or in anywise appertaining. -
Tp HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. ~
' AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully j
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good riqht and lawful author- !
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same aqainst the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever;.and that said land is free of all encumbrances. .
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real ri~nning with the land to wit:
l. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to r~strictions of record recorded in Deed Book 239
at Paqe 415 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19~ and subsequent years.
