THIS QUIT-CIAIIri DEED, executed this 8th day of
June , A.D., 1967, by GSNE T. DYER and fiV~LYN M. DYER,
his wife, first party, to GENS T. DYSR and TVELYN M. DYER, each
a one-half uadivided interest as Tenanta in Canmon without
right of survivorahip, whose postoffice address is 1050 North
Lake Way, Palm Beach, Florida 33480, aecond party,
WITNESSSTH:
That the said first party, for end in aonsideration
of the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by~the said second party,
the receipt wheYeof is hereby aclanowledged, does hereby remise,
release and quit-claim vato the said second party forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
