QUIT-CIAIIrI DEED
THIS QUIT-CLAIIri DEED, executed this 8th day of ~

- WITNE S SE TH:
That the said first party, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by the said second party,
the receipt whereof is_hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
first party has in and to the following described lot, piece
or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie , State of Florida, to-wit:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 19,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, run W~st along the
section line 1000 feet to its iateraection with the center
line of Los Feliz Boulevard as shown on the plat of Iadrio ~

Plat Book 5, at page 45, public recorda of St. Iucie County,
Flortda, thence South on a projection of said centerline a
distance of 392.04 feet, thence Bast parallel with the !

This deed is givea subject to those certain reserva-
~ tions made bq the Trustees of the Internal Iwprovement
Fund of the State of Florida, by their Deed dated April
~ 29y 1946, and recorded ia Deed Book 125 at pag,e 221 of ~
the public records of St. Iuc~e County, Florida.
Being that same property as previously conveyed to the Grantors
hereia in that inatrim~ent recorded in Deed Book 252, page 682,
public recorda of St. iucie County, Florida. ~
