~ WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for the consideration of the sum

wherein the neirs have acknowledged by theae presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the grantee all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie Countt~, Florida, viz:

St. Lucie Count.,y, Flortda. _
TQ~ETHER with all the tehements, hereditamenta and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise_appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the aame in fee aimple forever, su~i~ect, how-_
z ever, to that certai~ ail, gas and mineral ~ease dated August 26, 1953,
and recorded in Deed Book 186, at page ~~"qf th~e public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. In the event oil or other minerals are ever
found under aforesaid property, all royaltiea will belong to grantee.
AND the grantor hereby.coueoants.:with said grantee that it is law-
fully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right a~nd
~ lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that it hereby fully
warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of_all persons whamsoever; and that said land is free of
all encumbrances.
SUBJECT to all the conditions, restrictions and easements contained
in deed recorded in Deed Book, Vol. 228, Page 263.
APART of the same premises title to wh~ch became vested in the ~

Qraotor herein and by Deed of the LAIfE INDRIO CORPOItATION, dated April
lst., 1957 and recorded in ST. LUCIE COUNTY in Deed Book, Vblume 228,
Page 263 and the said WILLIAM A KERLIN having died on July 16, 196~,
title to ttle premises became veated in the Grantor herein by operation
of laar. _
