said husband, is now deceased. That R. G. Allen, who took title
to the above described property by Wazranty Deed fr-om Edgar J. Kirby
and Helen K. Kirby, his wife, dated August 10, 1948 a~xt recorded

in Deed Book 144, Page 185 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida and Robert G. Allen, who~ together with me, conveyed the
above described property to W. H. Phalen and Mary M. Phalen, his
wife, by Warranty Deed dated February 10, 1954 and recorded in
Deed Book I91, Page 445 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
